• Montreal Convention (International Law)
• US Department of Transportation (DOT) Regulations

We handle all stages of the compensation process, from claim submission to legal escalation if required.

4. User Responsibilities

By using AirRefund.us services, the User agrees to:

• Provide accurate and truthful flight details (e.g., flight number, departure date, booking references).
• Supply necessary supporting documents (e.g., boarding passes, receipts, correspondence with the airline).
• Avoid submitting the same claim directly to the airline once AirRefund.us has initiated the process.
• Inform AirRefund.us immediately if compensation is received directly from the airline.

5. No Win, No Fee Policy

• AirRefund.us operates on a No Win, No Fee basis.
• A service fee (a percentage of the total compensation awarded) will be deducted from the compensation amount.
• If the claim is unsuccessful, no fees will be charged to the User.

6. Payment Terms

• Once compensation is secured, funds will be transferred to the User after deducting the agreed service fee.
• Payments will be made through secure payment methods specified by the User.
• The User must ensure accurate payment details are provided.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• All website content, including text, logos, graphics, and software on AirRefund.us, is the intellectual property of AirRefund.us and protected under copyright laws.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of content is strictly prohibited.
